A CECT Both Shoulders is a Contrast-Enhanced CT scan of both shoulder joints. It uses X-rays and contrast dye to create detailed images of the bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, soft tissues, and joint spaces of both shoulders. How it is done : A contrast dye is given (usually through a vein)., You lie still on the CT table, The scan takes around 10–15 minutes
